This service helps to support an individual who has demonstrated the need for training, assistance, and supervision. The services that the client receive shall be authorized and provided in accordance with the person’s current individual support plan and plan of care.
Our supported living services will ensure each SLR (Supported Living Residential) can serve one to three persons. The clients have the freedom to chose to live in their home that they themselves own or lease in the community.
